Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product's fit, appearance, or quality.

Please carefully check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

1. Manufacturing Defect
If your jersey arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange.

2. Wrong Size Sent
If you ordered one size but received a different size due to an error on our part, we will arrange an exchange.

3. Wrong Jersey Sent
If you receive a different jersey from the one you ordered due to an error on our part, we will arrange an exchange.

No exchanges will be provided for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preference regarding fit, fabric, design, or appearance.

⏰ Exchange Request Period

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

📸 How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Send clear photos/videos of the jersey and the issue so we can verify the claim.
  4. Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies for an exchange.

📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must fall under one of the eligible reasons mentioned above.
  • The jersey should be unused, unworn and in its original condition, except where necessary to demonstrate a manufacturing defect.
  • Original tags/packaging should be retained wherever applicable.
  • The item may be inspected before an exchange is approved.

🚚 Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is approved because we sent the wrong jersey/size or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, Drip Wear will arrange the exchange according to the applicable exchange process.

Important Note

We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering, as different jersey qualities have different fits and measurements.

Once an order has been delivered, an exchange cannot be requested simply because the customer does not like the fit, quality, fabric, design, or appearance of the jersey.
